The difficulties of Manoj Gautam, the hoarding-unipole contractor of the Municipal Corporation, who were trapped in the allegations of fake deed of the land supporting the Ozone City of Aligarh, are not reducing. Now, on the application of the police in the case related to this, the court has obtained non-bailable warrants against Manoj Gautam, accused of getting the deed of paper done, and Kailash Baghel, a witness of the deed of deed. However, the police have also received information that Manoj has also brought a stay order on arrest in his favor from the High Court in this case. But the attested copy of the order has not been received by the police.

There is a dispute between Ozone City Chairman Praveen Mangala and Unipole contractor Manoj Gautam regarding a land in support of Ozone City. Praveen Mangla alleges that Manoj got the deed of this land done by using a fake woman, while the real owner/lessee of that land is someone else. Manoj is accused of getting a deed of a woman from Mahendra Nagar showing her as the owner, while the real owner is from Kela Nagar. On the Tahrir of the son of a woman resident of Kela Nagar, a case was filed against Manoj Gautam, originally a resident of Agra, Kailash Beghal and another witness Sushil Rana (now dead) and Rajwati, the woman who did the deed.

Explaining this, the police sent a woman from Dadanpur, who is the sister of Sushil Rana, who was a witness, to jail. The police found in the investigation that the woman who did the deed was Sumitra, she did the deed by becoming the Rajwati of Mahendra Nagar. Now while compiling further evidence in this case, the police has applied non-bailable warrant against Manoj Gautam and Kailash Baghel.

According to Inspector Mahua Kheda Vijay Singh, the court has issued non-bailable warrants against Manoj Gautam and Kailash Baghel in the case. But at the same time, information has also been received that Manoj Gautam has taken a stay order on his arrest from the High Court in his favor. But he has not yet received the verified copy of this order. Let us tell you that this matter was in the headlines in the past. Both sides made serious allegations against each other.
